When you press "ON/OFF" to stop cooking, the fan will continue running for about 1 minute. This is part of the cooling process and helps protect the internal components.

Yes, the glass bowl, grill rack, and lid plate are dishwasher safe. Please allow them to cool completely before placing them in the dishwasher.

My food is sticking to the glass or the grill. What should I do?

Lightly coat the cooking surfaces or food with a small amount of oil before cooking. Also, clean thoroughly after each use to prevent residue buildup.
