Frequently Asked Questions
Is the nano-ceramic non-stick coating safe?
Yes. Our nano-ceramic glaze is lead-free, cadmium-free, PTFE-free, PFOA-free and fully food-safe. It does not release nanoparticles or chemicals during heating.
Does this blender contain Teflon?
No.
The bottom is coated with non-stick nano ceramic, not Teflon or PTFE and has passed FDA/SGS certification, meeting the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's food contact testing standards.
What should I do if I see the E2 error?
This error means the lid or jar isn’t detected correctly.
Check:
- Jar bottom is completely dry
- Lid is locked
- Jar is properly seated
If still unresolved, unplug 2 minutes and restart.
What does the E3 error mean?
E3 is an overheat protection alert.
Let the base cool for 1–2 hours before using again.
This protects the motor and extends its lifespan.
Can I put the glass jar in the dishwasher?
No.
The jar contains electronic induction components at the bottom.
It can be washed normally, but avoid submerging or soaking.
Why does my recipe overflow during heating?
Please follow recommended max fill levels:
Nut milk: 30.4-38.9oz (900–1150ml)
Soup: 27.05-38.9oz (800–1150ml)
Thick foods expand with heat.
