Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage & Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States (contiguous 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. All orders ship with trusted carriers (such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing or transit times may be slightly longer. We currently offer standard shipping only (no expedited shipping options at this time). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link. You can use this tracking information to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email or if the tracking shows a significant delay or issue (e.g. marked as delivered but not received), please contact our customer support so we can assist you promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is a limited window to make changes. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate order modifications or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it; in that case, you may need to proceed with a return (see our Return & Refund Policy below).

Undeliverable Packages

Our carriers will typically attempt delivery multiple times if necessary. If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (for example, after failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address), we will reach out to you via email. We can arrange a reshipment to an updated address as needed. Please note: if an order is returned to us due to customer address error or absence, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
